Job Description

As a Senior Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the architectural vision of our real estate developments. You will be responsible for designing and overseeing projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in leading architectural design and planning of high-end residential houses, commercial, and mixed-use developments.

Key responsibilities include developing master plans, site layouts, and detailed construction drawings in coordination with internal and external teams.

You will oversee the architectural integrity and quality of all design outputs, ensuring compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and real estate market needs.

Collaboration with developers, project managers, engineers, and government authorities throughout the project lifecycle is essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in master-planned communities.
  • Strong understanding of real estate development processes and how design impacts value, utility, and market appeal.
