
Expansion Account Manager

We are seeking a professional with a proven track record of success to develop and maintain strong relationships with our SMB clients. As an Expansion Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities and providing solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, technical aptitude, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to stay up-to-date on market trends and provide consultative insights to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed business and revenue goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and expand customer accounts.
- Demonstrate Motive software to fleet managers and strategic SMB clients.
- Assess prospects to identify pain points and align solutions accordingly.
- Support contract renewals proactively to ensure customer retention.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably with international experience.
- At least 2 years of relevant or transferable experience post-higher education.
- Ownership-driven attitude from opportunity identification to closing deals.
- Leadership or management experience influencing stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Ability to build rapport with executives and influence outcomes through understanding client needs and Motive's solutions.
