Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop technically compliant and cost-effective proposals for the Middle East region.
  • Leverage your expertise in automation and high-level SCADA systems to integrate subcontractors and systems.
  • Exhibit strong commercial acumen to influence key stakeholders and work effectively with international teams.
  • Enhance sales team effectiveness by supporting international technical teams and developing integrated systems and tools.
  • Align the team with internal stakeholders and ensure task completion within agreed timelines.
  • Strategize during the pre-sales cycle to mitigate risks and minimize project execution impact.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures relating to business conduct and meet OEM ethical & legal standards.
  • Execute international bids and proposals while minimizing risk.
  • Propose Turn-Key solutions for Industrial Automation.
  • Collaborate with global OEMs to track Capex programs and guarantee user specifications.
  • Lead detailed Capex/Sales plans related to automation solutions and services.
  • Analyze key accounts, develop penetration strategies, and execute tactics to increase market share.
  • Diagnose, document, and solve customer problems with seamless solutions.
