The Operations Manager is a key position that requires strong leadership and operational skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in banking, sales, and business development, with excellent communication and team management skills.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the remittance business, including opening and closing corridor Forex rates, categorizing agents based on performance, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

You will also define selling rates by analyzing market conditions, inter-bank rates, and stock markets, and exercise due care and diligence on matters related to Money Laundering.

Additionally, you will be responsible for appointing consulting services for bad debts if required, preparing fact-finding reports, and maintaining a robust Business Continuity Plan (BCP).

Your goal will be to focus on daily transaction size and volume, executing strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets while ensuring zero operational loss by monitoring Credit Limits of agents/locations on a monthly basis.

You will work closely with the Customer Care Department to ensure effective complaint management and report any suspicious transactions immediately to the Compliance Department.
