Billing Operations SpecialistJob Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Billing Operations Specialist to manage the entire billing process from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for accuracy and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and prepare accurate and complete invoices.
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices for timely client payments.
  • Respond to client inquiries about billing and payment.
  • Resolve billing issues through communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Maintain precise and up-to-date billing records and reports.
  • Support other accounting and finance functions as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or MBA degree with 2-3 years of relevant experience required.
