Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a meticulous Quality Assurance professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional client satisfaction and flawless project quality.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in upholding the highest standards for our projects by ensuring that all tasks meet quality criteria before moving them to the "Return to To-Do" section. This involves conducting comprehensive testing according to task requirements and providing detailed descriptions and video attachments in comments when tasks fail to meet quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Oversight: Monitor and focus on projects in the "Deployed" or "Staging" phase, with a thorough understanding of project-specific environments and credentials.
- Testing Protocol: Conduct comprehensive testing according to task requirements, providing detailed descriptions and video attachments in comments when tasks fail to meet quality criteria before moving them to the "Return to To-Do" section.
- Client Impact Awareness: Recognize that tasks passing through Q/A represent our commitment to quality, and any client-raised issues will reflect on our commitment to quality and project health.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Quality Assurance or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of testing protocols, quality standards, and client-focused QA practices.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
