- Experience: Three or more years of sales experience within a similar industry.
- Skillset: Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Tech Proficiency: Proficiency with sales management software.
- Personal Qualities: Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
