Job Title: Expert HCM Professional

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage front-end Human Capital Management (HCM) processes.
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to translate business requirements into HCM solutions.
  • Provide technical expertise in HCM processes, including personnel administration, organizational management, payroll, time management, and employee self-service.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for HCM configurations and user guides.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience as an SAP-HCM consultant or similar role.
  • Understanding of SAP-HCM module processes and functionalities.
  • Proficiency in ABAP programming for debugging purposes.
