Are you looking for a career opportunity that aligns with your passion for Human Capital Management? As an Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant, you will play a vital role in implementing and managing Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management modules.

This is a contract position based in Islamabad. The successful candidate will lead or participate in the implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, configuring the system to meet specific business requirements and ensure optimal functionality.

The ideal candidate should have experience in implementing and managing Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Core HR, Benefits, Talent Management, Learning, and Recruiting.

  • Implementation: Configure the system to meet specific business requirements and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
    • Configuration: Ensure adherence to organizational policies and best practices.
  • Consulting: Provide expert guidance on using Oracle Fusion HCM and identify areas for improvement.
    • Problem-solving: Analyze and resolve complex issues related to the system.
  • Training: Develop and deliver training materials to educate users on effective utilization of the system.
    • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configuration and processes.

Key qualifications include:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience with Oracle HCM Modules
  • 2 life cycle experiences of Oracle Fusion HCM Modules Implementation
