Main Responsibilities

  1. Create compelling digital training content across various formats.
  2. Organize and structure content within learning platforms (LMS or similar).
  3. Analyze engagement metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  4. Collaborate with training coordinators to adapt in-person content for digital delivery.
  5. Manage training records and generate reports on activities and outcomes.
  6. Identify opportunities for growth based on data insights and trainee feedback.
