Overview: Leads the development and implementation of training programs for the Customer Support, Vendor Operations, and Rider Operations teams.

(Some of) What You Will Be Doing

  • Structuring the training roadmap for new joiners and refresher training for existing employees.
  • Developing and implementing training programs for CS, Vops, and Rops teams, including new hire orientation, on-the-job training, refresher training, and development programs.
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs, recommending improvements, and ensuring their implementation.
  • Ensuring training programs comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Managing the training budget and ensuring cost-effectiveness of all training programs.
  • Structuring and updating data and reports regarding training impacts.
  • Aligning with stakeholders on the needs and status of training programs.
  • Structuring the digital content creation roadmap in line with the L&D team's digital strategy, ensuring quality assurance, and guiding the team in digital learning strategies.
  • Managing the implementation and inputs on applicable learning systems.
