Insurance Coordinator Role

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving and addressing all types of complaints related to insurance promptly and effectively.

  1. Manage and complete all claim paperwork for pay-and-claim insured farmers efficiently.
  2. IDentify potential clients through leads and referrals to expand our client base.
  3. Schedule client meetings to discuss insurance needs and provide appropriate guidance.
  4. Conduct follow-up calls with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise clients on suitable insurance coverage options based on their needs and circumstances.
  • Perform periodic policy reviews to ensure clients have adequate coverage and update policies as necessary.
  • Prepare comprehensive insurance proposals tailored to individual client requirements.
  • Complete necessary documentation and submit to underwriters for approval.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in insurance coordination or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of insurance products, policies, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and insurance management software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Valid insurance license or willingness to obtain one.
