This role requires coordinating with patients, healthcare providers, and insurance carriers to ensure accurate and efficient processing of insurance claims. Key responsibilities include verifying patient benefits, researching insurance coverage, and communicating with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  • Verifying patient benefits for smooth appointment scheduling and claim processing.
  • Communicating with other carrier groups regarding insurance coverage and resolving queries.
  • Conducting online research with insurance carriers to gather eligibility information and resolve claims disputes.
  • Liaising between patients, healthcare providers, and insurance carriers to ensure accurate information collection and measure implementation.
  • Obtaining referrals and authorizations for procedures and services as required.
