Job Overview
  1. We are seeking an experienced professional to manage trade-related documentation, including trade contracts, purchase & sale invoices, delivery challans, delivery orders, and goods receipt notes.
  2. The ideal candidate will oversee cotton execution documents, manage field selectors, and coordinate internally and externally to procure cotton effectively.
  3. A strong understanding of Mark to Market (MTM) counterparty risk is essential for this role.
  4. This position requires coordination with the finance department to perform tasks such as booking purchases, sales, transfers, etc., in the system.
  5. The successful candidate will verify all documents for accuracy, including sales tax calculations, transport documentation procedures such as road permits/way-bills, carrier responsibilities, and dispatch documentation.
  6. Maintaining organized filing and documentation for future reference and audits is crucial for this position.
Responsibilities
  • Manage daily business operations, ensuring smooth execution of trade-related activities.
  • Supervise cotton procurement processes, including vendor management and inventory control.
  • Analyze financial data to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements.
Requirements
  • Business Graduate or ACCA qualification.
  • 6-8 years of experience in domestic execution.
