Front Desk Officer

We are seeking an exceptional Front Desk Officer to provide top-notch administrative support and manage daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist visitors by greeting them, directing them to the correct destination, and answering their queries.
  • Handle phone calls efficiently, providing information and transferring calls as necessary, while maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Keep track of walk-in customers, sales personnel feedback, and prepare monthly call sheets for management review.
  • Manage mail and deliveries, maintain daily records, and offer general administrative assistance to the administration department.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience, preferably with 2 years of service in a similar role.
  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and exchange handling abilities.
