Job Title: Chief Manager – Tariff

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Manager to lead our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-performing teams and driving business growth.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join our organization as a Chief Manager. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the compliance of our license conditions, performance, and service standards, as well as maintaining strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Supervising and overseeing the compliance of our license conditions, performance and service standards, OGRA Ordinance and other applicable laws.
  • Maintaining strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Preparing MIS data reports for senior management on consumer complaints.
  • Coordinating and responding to Audit Para(s) for policies, procedures, rules, laws, etc., and supervising regulatory and statutory obligations.
  • Ensuring implementation of measures for improving the structure for complaints resolution and complaint management.
  • Achieving high professional and technical standards ensuring up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, guidance, standards, and techniques.
  • Monitoring risks and response strategies under their management.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum of 6 years' post-qualification experience in a similar role, or 9 years' experience if holding an ACCA qualification.
  • Knowledge of Regulatory Frameworks will be considered an added advantage.
