Job Title: Strategic HR Leader

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Strategic HR Leader to lead our HR function. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business outcomes through effective talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement.

The successful applicant will be an MBA (HR) graduate with at least 12 years of experience in a senior HR role, with expertise in all areas of HR. Strong knowledge of international recruitment and selection, payroll management, compensation and benefits, HRMS software, and organizational development is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives
  2. Lead the recruitment process for senior positions, ensuring the best candidates are attracted and selected
  3. Manage the payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate payment to employees
  4. Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and performance
  5. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • MBA (HR) degree or equivalent
  • At least 12 years of experience in a senior HR role
  • Strong knowledge of international recruitment and selection
  • Payroll management and compensation and benefits expertise
  • HRMS software proficiency
