Our organization seeks a Senior Associate to support clients in their sustainability transformation journey. As part of our Sustainability Advisory team, you will be involved in consulting engagements on sustainability strategy, implementation, reporting, and assurance.

You will conduct research and analysis on sustainability related areas, regulations, local and global trends. Your responsibilities will include participating in conducting sustainability reporting readiness assessments, due diligence, reporting, sustainability & climate risks and opportunities assessments, scenario modeling, stress testing.

You are expected to take part in workshops and seminars as a member of the team. To succeed in this role, you must have 1-5 years of experience in sustainability related work with a focus on sustainability reporting or advisory.

Your experience should include GRI, IFRS S1 & S2, GHG measurement, GHG Protocol, LCA, Net Zero, SBTi, Carbon Management and ISO 14064 etc.

You should demonstrate knowledge and capability to deliver engagements on Sustainability Strategy Development and Implementation.

Additionally, you should have a grasp of the latest trends in sustainability/ESG issues for a variety of businesses and demonstrate the ability to propose solutions.

You should possess market research and data analytical skills, including synthesis of complex data into meaningful insights and dashboards.

Adequate technical knowledge on climate science and scenario modeling is also required.

Knowledge of sustainability perspectives for different industries is necessary.

Good presentation and communication skills are essential.
