Job Title: AI Automation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to design and implement AI-enhanced workflows that drive business value.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Automation Design: Map out internal processes and design automated systems leveraging AI to optimize daily tasks.
  • Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor AI automation systems, identifying bottlenecks or inefficiencies and implementing improvements.
  • Integration Management: Seamlessly integrate multiple AI platforms and third-party APIs, including Google Workspace and various AI tools.
  • Workflow Optimization: Work closely with stakeholders to understand pain points and develop scalable, automated solutions.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain clear documentation of automation workflows, performance metrics, and updates for internal use.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of experience working with AI technologies and at least 2 years of experience in workflow automation platforms and related tools.
  • Strong proficiency with workflow platforms such as n8n, Make.com, Zapier, Bolt.new, and similar tools.
  • Hands-on experience with frameworks and models such as Claude, Cursor, and other emerging AI technologies.
  • Solid understanding of web development fundamentals.
  • Strong knowledge of Google APIs, Google Workspace, and Google Console integrations.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new tools, troubleshoot technical issues, and optimize in dynamic environments.
