Inventory Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Management Specialist to join our team. As an integral part of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate accounting records and providing exceptional support to our business stakeholders.

About the Role:

This is a challenging opportunity for a motivated individual who possesses excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities. Your primary focus will be on maintaining accurate inventory records, processing transactions efficiently, and delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records to ensure seamless transaction processing.
  • Process receipts, disbursements, and other accounting transactions with precision and accuracy.
  • Provide timely and effective support to Regional Business Analysts, Finance Managers, and Controllers as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and optimize inventory management practices.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, enabling informed decision-making within the organization.

Requirements and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Semi/Qualified Cost Accountants with 1-4 years of relevant experience in Cost Accounting area along with exposure to SAP MM.
  • Experience in Manufacturing Accounting, Inventory Accounting, Product Costing & Pricing preferred.
  • Exposure to ERP environment for at least 1 year preferred.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs and requirements.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and systems.
  • Well-organized and time management skills.
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple teams spread over different countries, centers, and time zones.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to succeed in a team environment.
