Key Responsibilities:

  1. We are looking for a creative and experienced Social Media Specialist who can develop innovative marketing strategies to reach our target audience. You will be in charge of creating engaging content, managing multiple social media platforms, and analyzing their performance to adjust your strategy accordingly.
  2. You should have a solid understanding of social media trends and best practices to maintain brand consistency across all platforms.
  3. The ideal candidate will also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  4. In this role, you will be working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing plans.
  5. You will also be responsible for monitoring competitor activity and staying up-to-date on the latest industry developments.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field is required. A minimum of two years of experience in social media management is also essential.
  • The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge of major social media platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your work and accomplishments is highly recommended.
  • If you have experience in copywriting, graphic design, web design, and strategy, it would be a significant advantage.
