Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized individual to support our Key Account Managers in the day-to-day operations of managing strategic partners. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth execution and timely issue resolution to help partners succeed on the platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Support: Assist with handling day-to-day operational tasks and troubleshooting issues with vendor accounts or listings.
  • Promotion Management: Coordinate and support the uploading of promotional campaigns, ensuring correct setup, timely launches, and accurate data input.
  • Vendor Onboarding: Help onboard new vendor branches and ensure all necessary information (e.g., SKUs, pricing, availability) is correctly added and maintained on the platform.
  • Sku Management: Assist with the setup and updating of menu items or product listings (SKUs), including descriptions, images, and pricing accuracy.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
  • Good understanding of the retail landscape.
  • Acute sense of responsibility and ability to take ownership of functions.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in the relevant field.
  • Process-oriented and data-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google equivalents.
  • Solid knowledge of the internet and e-commerce sector.
