Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including referrals, networking events, and online platforms. Develop and execute strategies to convert leads into sales.
- Consultation and Sales: Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and requirements. Recommend suitable travel packages, accommodations, and services that align with their needs.
- Account Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction. Address any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest travel trends, destination information, and promotional offers. Provide clients with accurate and relevant information to enhance their travel experience.
- Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet objectives.
- Administrative Tasks: Prepare and process travel bookings, handle documentation, and ensure all transactions are completed accurately. Maintain organized records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional post-sales support, including handling inquiries, managing changes to bookings, and resolving any issues that arise before, during, or after travel.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience in sales or a customer-facing role, ideally within the travel industry. Experience with travel booking systems and CRM software is a plus.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to build rapport with clients and effectively address their needs. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge: Understanding of travel industry trends, destinations, and products. Familiarity with travel regulations and documentation.
- Attributes: Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven with a passion for travel and customer service. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
