Hospital Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hospital Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare administration, with expertise in managing hospital operations, staff supervision, and patient care.
Key Responsibilities:The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with institutional policies and procedures, as well as maintaining accurate records of patient information and hospital operations.
They will also be required to compile and provide daily reports on bed availability, mortality rates, and patient inflow and outflow.
In addition, the Hospital Administrator will address and resolve administrative issues related to patients and attendants in consultation with healthcare practitioners and administrative departments.
Close liaison with the HOD Security will be necessary to handle conflict-like situations or emergencies.
The role requires reporting all important matters to the Director of Administration on a daily basis.
A Master's Degree in Healthcare or Business Administration is preferred, along with 5-7 years of relevant work experience in a hospital setting.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
The ideal candidate should also be able to demonstrate their ability to handle pressure and difficult situations effectively.
