We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team.

Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a leading software engineering company focused on mobile and web development. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in planning, executing, and supervising successful e-marketing campaigns. Your responsibilities will include designing and developing collateral, providing public relations support, managing website content, maintaining promotional materials, and preparing marketing reports and presentations.

Your tasks will include:

  • Providing assistance in the overall direction and coordination of marketing efforts.
  • Assisting in the distribution of materials for foreign media and establishing strong relationships with PR firms and advertising agencies.
  • Coordinating and managing landing pages and social media campaigns.
  • Managing timely completion of all marketing projects and working with departments to successfully market amenities.
  • Assisting in developing annual marketing plans in conjunction with the sales department.
  • Maintaining records of all awards and recognitions and assisting with brand development and protection.
  • Developing and implementing eMarketing strategies, coordinating special events, handling public relations, news & media activities, and inquiries.
  • Growing business through effective marketing plans and programs.
  • Focusing on marketing initiatives to create customer loyalty and increase market share.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A four-year degree in marketing or sales or e-commerce.
  • At least one year of public relations experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher) and design software such as Photoshop and InDesign.
  • Highly developed customer service skills with strong attention to detail.
  • A dynamic, enthusiastic, and creative individual who thrives under pressure and can perform multiple functions and troubleshoot when needed.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to articulate and follow brand vernacular and creative guidelines.
