Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our digital marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective online marketing strategies to drive organic growth for our clients.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve strategic objectives and guarantee a minimum number of leads and conversions.
  2. Create high-quality, original content that aligns with identified themes and topics to attract and engage target audiences. Optimize existing content for search engines to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
  3. Implement and manage tracking mechanisms to monitor digital marketing-originated traffic from various sources, including organic search terms and off-page blogs. Analyze user journeys from the first click to conversion, providing insights to improve and refine digital marketing strategies.
  4. Develop and execute link-building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks. Engage in guest blogging, partnerships, and other off-page SEO activities to enhance domain authority and search rankings.
  5. Continuously monitor and report on key digital marketing metrics, including impressions, clicks, leads, and conversions. Use data-driven insights to adjust and optimize digital marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience after undergraduate.
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Strategist or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Desired Competencies:

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and HTML/CSS.
  • Understanding of PPC and other digital marketing channels.
