About The Role

  1. You will advise clients on visa options and application processes, ensuring they receive personalized guidance for study, work, and migration.
  2. Your attention to detail and problem-solving abilities will be crucial in preparing and reviewing visa documentation for accuracy and compliance.
  3. Staying up-to-date with immigration laws and policies is essential for this role, as you will maintain and update your knowledge regularly.
  4. You will assist in the submission of visa applications and communicate effectively with authorities, providing exceptional customer service.
  5. BUILDING strong relationships with clients is vital, and you will be expected to deliver outstanding customer service at all times.
  6. You will collaborate with the accounting department on financial aspects related to visa fees.

What We Look For

  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and implement them efficiently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on building strong relationships and delivering high-quality results.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in visa sales or immigration consultancy is highly preferred.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and Urdu (additional languages are a plus).
