This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to grow their skills in the tech industry and expand their expertise in business development.

We are looking for someone with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent time management abilities. You will be responsible for understanding client needs and effectively bidding on Upwork projects, managing bidding processes, and analyzing market trends and customer feedback.

To excel in this role, you should have a solid understanding of the software industry, proficiency in English, and at least 6 months of experience as a successful Upwork bidder. Additionally, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, and be proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

Apart from technical skills, we are looking for individuals with strong communication, negotiation, and persuasive skills. You should be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand client needs and effectively bid on Upwork projects
  • Manage bidding processes and client acquisition
  • Analyze competition, market trends, and customer feedback

Requirements:

  • Solid understanding of the software industry
  • Proficiency in English
  • At least 6 months of Upwork bidder experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
