Job Overview

As a Product Backend Engineer, you will design and develop high-performance backend systems using modern technology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talk to customers to understand their pain points and requests
  • Plan and implement potential solutions
  • Develop the backend for new features
  • Work with and improve our Large Language Model (LLM) orchestration
  • Set up infrastructure to support feature development
  • Implement data observability and error tracking
  • Deploy quick fixes or long-term solutions as needed
  • Get customer feedback and iterate on improvements
Required Skills:
  • 3-5 years of experience building robust backend systems using Python, FastAPI, Cloud Load Balancing, Redis, asyncio, OAuth2.0, Pub/Sub (Protobuf), and Google Firestore
  • Experience working with LLM libraries like Langgraph and Pinecone
  • Deep understanding of backend development best practices, including system design, performance optimization, async frameworks, and scalable architecture
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
