Job Overview

The role of a Technical Support Specialist involves providing expert assistance to customers with their solar inverter-related queries via telephone or online platforms. This position requires strong technical knowledge, effective communication skills, and the ability to work independently.


Responsibilities

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing timely support to customers through phone calls, emails, or other digital channels.
  • Updating customer complaints using ticketing tools or other systems as advised by management.
  • Conducting regular product training sessions for customers and in-house engineers to enhance their knowledge and skills.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A strong understanding of power electronics, solar inverters, PV module fundamentals, and solar power plants.
  • A degree in Electrical, Electronics-Telecommunication, or a related field.
  • Excellent professional English communication skills in speaking and writing.
  • Prior experience in handling solar string inverters is a plus.
  • The ability to join the team within 15 days is preferred but not mandatory.
