Job Title: Software Engineering Expert

About the Role:

  • This role is a key position in our company, focusing on the development and maintenance of software systems.

Responsibilities:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and troubleshooting company products, developing and updating new features, creating customized solutions based on customer needs, designing and reviewing new systems, and training junior staff members.
  • In addition to these responsibilities, the individual will also provide technical roadmaps and R&D, review/debug issues with junior staff, create reports for clients, and communicate effectively with stakeholders and train offshore staff.
  • An essential aspect of this role is managing live systems, including deployment and backups on servers, designing and managing databases for new and existing systems, collaborating with the Networks team for troubleshooting and configuration, and monitoring system health periodically.
  • The ideal candidate will also serve as a product owner, gathering requirements, creating project plans with the scrum team, reviewing technical documents, creating workflows and wireframes, refining backlogs, and overseeing team tasks.

Requirements & Skills:

  • A minimum of 12-15 years of .NET (MVC/Core) development experience is required.
  • The successful candidate should have proficiency in at least one .NET language (C#, VB.NET), knowledge of Entity Framework and ADO.NET, and object-oriented analysis and design skills.
  • Additionally, they should possess strong HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, Bootstrap, Axios API skills, as well as database design and TSQL for MS SQL expertise.
  • Experience with front-end frameworks like Angular or Vue.js, understanding of Git systems (TFS, GitHub), and familiarity with JIRA and REST API development are also necessary.
  • The ideal candidate should also have knowledge of ASP.NET Web Forms, API testing with Postman, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a degree in CS, IT, or similar.
