Job Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the analysis of trade financials and key performance indicators to facilitate effective decision making and improve efficiency.
  • Participate in month-end closing activities for relevant P&L items, including accruals and journal postings.
  • Assist with budget preparation and provide timely information to monitor ongoing performance.
  • Track marketing investment spend versus budget and identify areas requiring corrective action.
  • Perform month-end/quarterly closing activities through processing journal postings/accounting entries/intercompany recharges.
  • Maintain accurate master data to ensure consistency.
  • Review pricing memos and release pricing in ECC system.
  • Update pricing and trading terms in BPC system.
  • Create purchase orders/open items management.
  • Manage customer rebate and reconciliation processes.
  • Generate P&L/profitability reports by customer.
  • Prepare cash flow projections based on AP & AR inputs.
  • Evaluate accuracy and robustness of relevant financial accounts.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance.
  • 1-2 years of experience in the field.
  • Basic understanding of finance and accounting principles.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with ability to execute responsibilities independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
