Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Communication Design or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 5+ years of professional design leadership experience.
  • Expertise in Human-Centered Design, research methods, UX strategy, and service design.
  • Proven ability to scale design systems and manage remote global teams.
  • Strong experience in problem solving, facilitation, and stakeholder management.
