Job Overview

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our Design Department. This senior-level position demands both strategic thinking and hands-on expertise in design, branding, and creative direction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement creative strategies that align with the company's vision, brand identity, and business objectives.
  • Supervise, mentor, and inspire the design team to deliver innovative, high-quality, and brand-consistent outputs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to provide creative input and solutions.
  • Ensure timely delivery of all creative projects while maintaining the highest design standards.
  • Stay up to date with global design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the department.
  • Represent the Design Department in senior leadership discussions, contributing to overall business growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience (10+ years) in design leadership, preferably in a corporate or agency environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, visual identity, digital design, and creative strategy.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills with the ability to foster creativity and innovation.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools and software.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's and Master's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Creative Media, or a related field.
