E-commerce Marketplace Executive Job

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic professional to manage our e-commerce presence across various marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Marketplace Management
    • Oversee daily operations across assigned e-commerce platforms.
    • Ensure all account metrics meet platform standards.
    • Resolve account-related issues such as suspensions, listing errors.
  2. Product Listings Optimization
    • Create, optimize, and maintain product listings with relevant keywords, titles, and descriptions.
    • Conduct competitor analysis to enhance visibility and sales potential.
  3. PPC Campaign Management
    • Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across all assigned marketplaces.
    • Analyze campaign performance and adjust bids, budgets, and keywords for maximum ROI.
    • Generate regular reports on advertising performance and recommend strategies for improvement.
  4. Sales Growth Strategy
    • Identify new opportunities to increase sales.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop promotional strategies for peak seasons and special events.
  5. Performance Tracking and Reporting
    • Track and analyze marketplace performance metrics, including sales, traffic, and conversion rates.
    • Provide weekly and monthly reports to management with actionable insights.
Requirements:
  1. Proficient in managing marketplace accounts (Walmart, eBay, Wish, Cdiscount, Otto, OnBuy).
  2. Strong expertise in PPC campaign setup, optimization, and analytics.
  3. Bachelor's degree.
  4. 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce marketplace management with a strong emphasis on PPC.
  5. Familiarity with SEO practices for e-commerce.
  6. Hands-on experience with marketplace tools and software.
  7. Ability to interpret data and use insights to make informed decisions.
