Job Description:

As a Key Account Sales Professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by achieving sales targets and expanding our presence in the Pakistani market.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Sales Target Achievement: Proactively engage with customers to achieve defined sales targets within set timelines.
  • Supply Chain Management: Ensure seamless operations by maintaining accurate stock and expiry monitoring at multiple levels.
  • Strategic Marketing: Develop and implement marketing plans to drive business expansion.
  • New Business Development: Identify and cultivate new client relationships within specified geographies or markets.
  • C-Suite Relationships: Foster strong, credible relationships with key decision-makers at customer organizations.
  • Market Feedback: Conduct regular site visits to collect feedback and build product advocacy among healthcare professionals.
  • Professional Development: Enhance knowledge and skills through self-study and attendance at relevant training sessions.
  • Databases and Reporting: Execute productive database sales calls to drive revenue growth and provide regular reports on daily activities.
Requirements:
  • Education and Experience: Degree in science, related field, or marketing with a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant sales experience.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the medical device industry.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
