KalSoft is looking to hire a Technical Business Analyst with at least 5 years of experience to join their PMO department. The candidate will work alongside other business analysts.

Main tasks include performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, and performing some user acceptance testing.

To succeed in this role, the candidate should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare Scope of Work document (SOW), Functional specification document (FSD), Presales Proposals, and any other required documents.
  • Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, and develop solutions.
  • Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
  • Perform requirements analysis, document, and communicate results.
  • Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members.
  • Gather critical information from meetings with stakeholders and produce useful reports.
  • Work closely with clients, technical teams, and managerial staff.
  • Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
