Aviation Load Planner

Perform load planning in accordance with safety regulations and airline policies. Verify aircraft data, weights, and trim limits. Brief and issue loading instructions to loading supervisors. Obtain estimated or final fuel figures from crew or operations staff. Update load sheets as needed based on final loading instructions or reports from loading supervisors. Verify for any variations before submitting the load sheet to the pilot-in-command for approval. Dispatch operational messages in a timely manner. Maintain aircraft weight and balance data, forms, and manuals. Close and file flight reports with all necessary documents and telexes. Perform aircraft documentation duties when required. Evaluate compliance with workplace safety, security, and health policies and procedures. Carry out ad-hoc duties assigned by the reporting manager or department head.Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level qualifications with credits in English and Math are required.
• Relevant work experience in an airline or related industry is preferred.
• Experience in load planning is advantageous but not mandatory.
