Flight Operations Coordinator\

The role of a Flight Operations Coordinator is to ensure the smooth operation of flights. This involves coordinating with various parties for loads and load build-up, performing load planning in accordance with all safety regulations and airline policies, and verifying for any variations before submitting the load sheet to the pilot-in-command for approval.

The coordinator will also be responsible for maintaining aircraft weight and balance data, forms, and manuals, as well as closing and filing flight reports with all necessary documents and telexes.

To be successful in this role, you should have relevant work experience in an airline or related industry, with experience in load planning being advantageous. You should also possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively under pressure.
