Regional Sales Director Job Description

A Regional Sales Director at Aziz Group of Companies will be responsible for driving business growth through sales and marketing initiatives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Achieving new customer acquisition targets and increasing sales revenue.
  • Managing stock levels and inventory to optimize sales performance.
  • Coordinating with Territory Sales Officers (TSOs) and Central Product Officers (CPOs) to ensure target achievement and market visits.
  • Overseeing franchise operations, including receivables management through regular franchise visits.
Job Specification
  • Create monthly tour plans for self and team members, seeking approval from the immediate supervisor.
  • Update tour plans on a weekly basis, consulting the immediate supervisor.
  • Visit customers and markets according to approved weekly tour plans.
  • Submit detailed market tour reports, including competition activity in designated areas after each visit.
  • Maintain excellent working relationships with existing franchisees in designated areas.
  • Develop new potential franchisees within designated areas, adhering to company franchisee policy.
  • Analyze stock movement for individual franchisees, prepare ideal item mixes based on location and stock movement, and counsel franchisees accordingly to enhance sales and profitability.
  • Regularly update franchisees on their performance against given targets and motivate them for improved results.
  • Mentor franchisees and staff on effective selling techniques and educate them about product qualities and distinctions.
  • Penetrate markets in designated regions to secure additional sales while enhancing overall effectiveness.
  • E nsure franchisees do not violate company policies; inform the supervisor immediately if any violations are observed, both verbally and in writing.
  • Monitor competitors' activities in the market and keep the immediate supervisor informed about new developments.
  • Foster excellent working relationships with franchisees in designated areas and resolve their issues.
  • Submit daily activity reports to the immediate supervisor.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by management related to sales and marketing.
