
Territory Sales Director

Aziz Group of Companies is seeking an experienced sales leader to join our team as Territory Sales Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing stock levels, and leading a team of TSOs and CPOs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key customers.
- Manage stock levels and inventory control, ensuring accurate records and efficient distribution.
- Mentor and coach TSOs and CPOs to improve their sales performance and meet their targets.
- Minimum 7 years of sales experience, preferably in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
