Job Opportunity: Document Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to manage documents, maintain records, and ensure the smooth flow of information.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proficient in MS Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Familiarity with Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS).
  • Excellent typing and editing skills.
  • Ability to format Word documents effectively.
  • Knowledge of converting documents from PDF to MS Word & Excel.
  • Skills in storing and retrieving documents.
  • Efficient in copying and scanning documents.
  • Experience in working with FTP sites for uploading and downloading documents.
  • Accurate logging of all incoming and outgoing documents and drawings.
  • Generation and logging of transmittals.
  • Creation of templates for future use.
  • Preparation of reports on documentation of projects as needed.
About You
  • 03 to 04 years of experience in a reputable organization.
  • Bachelor's degree required.

This role offers a chance to work independently and collaboratively to achieve goals. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing documents, maintaining records, and ensuring the smooth flow of information within the organization.

Document management requires a high level of organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Apart from document management, the successful candidate will also be involved in creating templates for future use, preparing reports on project documentation, and communicating with other offices via email.

Additionally, the candidate should have excellent typing and editing skills, proficiency in formatting Word documents, and knowledge of converting documents from PDF to MS Word & Excel.
