We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Manager to support our growth and improvement initiatives. This is a key opportunity for a finance professional to make a real impact on our business success.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in finance and financial planning & analysis, with a deep understanding of our cost base and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with Functions and Regions to drive savings initiatives and track costs.
  • Provide comprehensive visibility on our cost base across different categories and functions.
  • Support the delivery of identified savings and identify further opportunities by analysing financial data.
  • Track programme metrics and prepare financial reports for senior management.

This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a results-oriented environment.

Requirements
  • 9+ years of relevant experience in Finance and FP&A.
  • Strong knowledge of decision-making structures and stakeholder landscapes.
  • Experience working in delivery-focused teams.
  • Excellent networking skills and effective communication skills.
