Marketing Campaign Specialist

This is an opportunity to join our Pakistan team as a Marketing Campaign Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering marketing campaigns in Pakistan and executing integrated marketing programs to build up brand awareness and drive consideration across digital marketing (website, search, programmatic), PR, social media and events etc.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of marketing experience in a dynamic role, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. They should also embody an entrepreneurial spirit and a hands-on, figure-it-out attitude, being customer-obsessed and humble to learn.

You will work closely with the regional commercial teams to maximise marketing results and make business-critical impacts. Additionally, you will continuously explore and unlock new growth marketing opportunities, such as marketing initiatives in new target verticals or new paid or organic channels that can be used to drive incremental growth.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing programs to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business strategy.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies.
  • Measure and report on marketing campaign performance using data-driven insights.
Requirements
  • Experience: 4+ years of marketing experience in a dynamic role.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Google analytics, Marketing Automation tools and CRM tools.
