Job Title

A Business Development Expert is sought after to design and implement Dynamics 365 applications and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and develop Dynamics 365 applications and solutions, including Power Automate (Flow), Power Apps, Power BI, Power Pages, and Dynamics 365.
  2. Analyze business requirements by collaborating with stakeholders, studying system flow, data usage, and work processes.
  3. Perform software design using software development fundamentals and processes, debug, test, and deploy software solutions.
  4. Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, etc.
  5. Assist Sales on new business opportunities by providing input for designing and scoping services.
  6. Meet service revenue and profitability team goals.
  7. Work closely with teammates, customers, and vendors.
  8. Play a key role in shaping the development of the services team.
  9. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  10. Deliver a higher level of service, a core value of the organization mission.

Required Qualifications:

  1. 4+ years' experience.
  2. Expert in building Dynamics 365 solutions, including Power Automate (Flow), Power Apps, Power Pages, Power BI, and Dynamics 365.
  3. Expert knowledge of building web parts, apps, page layouts, and content types.
  4. Experience with Visual Studio and TFS or other source control management tools.
  5. Experience using Development - C#, ASP.NET MVC, XML, .NET Core, WebAPI, WCF, Entity Framework, JSON, Microservices, OOP, CI/CD, GIT, Applications, REST, RPC, Azure Repos Git, JavaScript, jQuery, Web Services, HTML5, and CSS3.
  6. Experience with Dynamics 365 application services framework.
  7. Candidate must be motivated and independent.
  8. Candidate must be a team player and a highly skilled communicator.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. BS Computer Science or equivalent.
  2. Experience in the FinTech/Leasing & Finance industry as it relates to business processes or project management.
  3. Experience in the Customer Service industry as it relates to software support.
  4. Certification in desired tools and technologies.
