Backend Developer Lead

We are looking for an experienced Backend Developer responsible for managing back-end services and the exchange of data between the server and users.

  • This involves development of all server-side logic, definition, and maintenance of the central database, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.
  • Integrate front-end elements built by co-workers into the application, requiring a basic understanding of front-end technologies.

Responsibilities:

  1. Strong knowledge of PHP web frameworks, particularly Laravel.
  2. Understanding of fully synchronous behavior of PHP.
  3. Proficiency in MVC design patterns.
  4. Object-oriented PHP programming expertise.
  5. Knowledge of accessibility and security compliance best practices.
  6. Familiarity with common PHP or web server exploits and their solutions.
  7. Access Control List and framework guidelines understanding.
  8. User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments.
  9. Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system.
  10. Database schema design to represent and support business processes.
  11. Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases and declarative query languages.
  12. Proficient use of code versioning tools like Git.
