Customer Service Associate

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with customers, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service.

The Customer Service Associate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and resolving complaints in a professional and courteous manner. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the face of our organization, interacting with customers via phone, email, or in-person. You will need to possess a positive attitude, empathy, and patience when dealing with frustrated or upset customers.

To be successful in this role, you must be proficient in using technology, such as CRM software, and have experience with Microsoft Office applications. Additionally, you should be able to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to achieving business objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and address concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide alternatives or solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions, including emails, phone calls, and in-person meetings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, services, and company policies to provide informed responses to customer inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of customer-facing experience in a call center, retail, or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
