We are seeking a skilled Software Developer to maintain, enhance, and troubleshoot our existing bot infrastructure. The successful candidate will oversee the upkeep, periodic upgrades, and efficient performance of the bot to meet evolving business needs.

Main Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Performance Checks:
    • Regularly check the bot's functionality to ensure optimal performance.
  • Upgrades and Enhancements:
    • Implement new features based on user requirements and organizational goals.
  • Troubleshooting:
    • Resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and integrate new features.
  • Performance Monitoring:
    • Monitor bot performance, analyze logs, and suggest improvements to streamline processes.
  • Documentation:
    • Document updates, changes, and best practices for future reference and continuity.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • Proven experience in software development, with a focus on bot development or maintenance.
    • Familiarity with bot frameworks (e.g., Microsoft Bot Framework, Dialogflow, or Rasa).
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or C#.
    • Understanding of RESTful APIs, integrations, and webhooks.
    • Experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud for bot hosting.
    • Knowledge of debugging, testing, and version control tools (e.g., Git).
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work within a team setting.
