Job Overview:

  • We're seeking a Product Excellence Specialist to lead our product development team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving product excellence by collaborating with stakeholders, customers, and development teams to define and refine product features, functionality, and user stories.
  • You will implement Agile frameworks and practices within the team, manage daily standup meetings with Scrum Masters, and effectively communicate technical knowledge and programming skills to development teams.
  • This role requires strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into product development terms.
  • As a Product Excellence Specialist, you will be responsible for aligning product development with business goals and customer needs, analyzing market trends, and understanding the competitive landscape.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including design and user experience teams, to create intuitive interfaces and deliver pre-UAT/UAT sessions with business analysts and customers.
  • The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of relevant work experience, a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a relevant field, and familiarity with the industry and domain.
