About the Position

We are seeking an experienced assistant to provide administrative support to the Safety and Security Department.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative support for the Safety and Security Department.
  • Record-keeping and filing.
  • Support with employee management and hiring processes.
  • Budget planning and asset maintenance.
  • Departmental training and resource allocation.
  • Purchase requisition preparation and material stock management.
  • Stationery supply and distribution.
  • Security clearances and event support.
  • Service quality survey coordination.
  • Additional tasks assigned by the Manager.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Technical skills in MS Office and other computer packages.
  • Education: Intermediate or above; Graduate degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in office administration.
  • Secretarial training beneficial.
